Cluster has been completely taken apart, cleaned, gauges checked, bulbs changed as needed, and re-assembled. Gauges, speedometer, odometer, trip odometer, tested and work properly.

Speedometer has been lubed and odometer has been re-set to 00000 miles. Gauge needles have been re-painted.

Circuit board is 100% intact. Cluster is from an automatic. It will work just the same in a manual shift. You might want to swap the PRNDL indicator on this cluster with the blank in a manual cluster. 2 screws and it can be changed in less than a minute. Note : Cluster housing is missing the arm that helps to hold the heater control harness. The controls actually don't need this arm to function correctly. They are nearly always broken off.
